All Cadet Orientation Flights must be coordinated prior to the event through the Illinois Wing Orientation Flight Officer, Lt Col Rick Gale, for funding approval. There is a requirement to process these flights within 24 hours. To expedite the process, call Lt Col Gale after the flight and mail all paperwork to Lt Col Rick Gale, 10F Carlyle East, Belleville, IL 62221 immediately following the flight. Lt Col Gale can also be contacted at ofo@ilwg.cap.gov.

 

Title: Aircraft Scheduling and POC Communications

Please make every attempt to contact the POC prior to your flight for any last minute issues or items that you may need to be made aware of prior to your flight.

If you are unable to make your scheduled flight, you need to De-Schedule the aircraft in the WMU and please call the POC for the aircraft to let them know the aircraft is available for other activities.
